Spine is intact with all pages intact. Faint cooking spots on the cover. Some edge wear. On the lower spiral backside, there are 2 rips where the plastic spiral ring attaches to the back cover. Binding is intact. I do not see food splatters on the interior of the book for the exception of lightly on one page. Two pen marks that I see (a measurement recipe correction). It's a very clean vintage book.
No library markings, owner marking, cut pages, etc.
