VA RESIDENTS: If your mailing address is in Virginia, the state requires I collect a 5.3% sales tax fee. This will automatically be added to your order.
CHARLOTTESVILLE RESIDENTS: If you are local, I'm happy to meet you with your items to forgo shipping fees. Contact me prior to checkout.
Extremely speedy shipping. Your item will be shipped immediately after payment has cleared, typically that same day. To keep shipping costs down, items are shipped the most economical route from the USPS (First Class, Priority, or Parcel Select). When your order has been shipped, you will ALWAYS be notified that it is FAST on its way.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING: International orders will be shipped USPS First Class if less than 4 lbs and Priority if more than 4 lbs.
The buyer is responsible for paying any additional international customs fees, taxes, VAT and other fees that may be required by your customs office. UK CUSTOMERS - please be aware, when you order arrives your customs office will want to collect additional fees for VAT and Royal Mail Handling Fees, sometimes called a carriage fee. You are responsible for paying any additional fees.
This is a lot to digest, but typical shipping is SIMPLE and no thought on your part is required, just select your items and I'll take care of the rest!
Contact me prior to purchasing if you have any questions. I describe my items to the best of my ability, including any flaws or defects. Items are vintage and can show slight wear. Items that are "like new" or that have never been used, will be described as such within the item listing.
Shipping is not perfect but it's pretty darn reliable. If you believe an item was damaged due to a packing or shipping issue, contact me to discuss a resolution.
I accept returns within 15 days of receipt of your item, the exception being for Furs which must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item. I refund the cost of the item automatically through the system in which your payment was made once I receive your item. I do not refund any shipping fees.
PACKAGING: Because of our strong environmental commitment, items are often packed using clean recycled packing materials. I pass along these savings to you and only charge for shipping.
